Withyham - trig point

Withyham - flush bracket

Notes

Withyham trig point is about 300 m south-west of a footpath between Cherry Gardens Farm and Hunt's Farm. There is a farm track running up the side of the field containing the trig point (visible in the photo above), going to the road. Just follow the track along the hedge - there are no gates. The trig point is on the field-side edge of the track.

There is no obvious name for this trig point - it's in Withyham parish, hence the name I've chosen. I had considered 'The Plain' - the trig point is on a gently domed plateau, and the part of it on the far side of the road from the trig point is labelled 'The Plain' on the OS 1:25 000 map.
